It is a many-storied building located in Naeyil-dong of Miryang-si, one of the typical many-storied buildings of the three buildings of Jinju Chokseokru and Bubyeokru of Pyongyang, situated around Namchongang which is a typical many-storied buildings of the later part of Joseon period.
The place features Aranggak, the legend of Arang represented as a chastity of woman of Joseon period, Chonjingoong, which enshrines a portrait of Danguen, and there is Miryang-si museum exhibiting the remains of Samyung Daesa (the great monk Samyung) and Milsung-dae-guen-dan (Putative apical ancestor of the last name Park of Milsung) and the special trait of Yongnamru is Neungpagak and Chimrugak of Yangikru on the both sides.
